I was really excited to use this and it was ok at best. Its cracked it a few spots on the weeds and beyond. Didn't fit but made it work. Under load and I meant 3500lbs trailers its moves around on the skidsteer plate. I will have to weld and beef this up. Sad bc I thought USA made stuff was supposed to be top notch. Wouldn't recommend. Pictures available
Heavy duty, attached to my skid steer and worked very well. this is very usefull for movivg trailers around without the hassel of using a truck. also glad that it is made in the use and why i choose to purchase this mount.
I'm sure this is a good product. However, don't rely on 2 day shipping. Ordered 9/4 @ about 10:34am and not supposed to receive until 9/8 until 7pm.
This hitch attachment is well-built and does the job efficiently. It’s lighter and more functional than a standard full-width attachment, and it ended up saving me $700. Definitely a worthwhile purchase.
I just received the HitchLok Skid Hitch today. Before making my purchase, I looked at several skid hitches, and I chose this one for two main reasons. First, the three height options are crucial for me. Some of my trailers don’t have jacks or are very low, so I need the ball mounted low to move them easily. However, it’s hard to see the ball when it’s in the lowest position. Being able to adjust it to a higher setting makes it much easier to see.Second, the tongue weight rating is significantly higher than others—5,000 lbs compared to the typical 600-1,000 lbs. Moving loaded trailers is essential for me, so the extra heavy-duty capacity is a huge plus. After receiving it today, I can confirm it’s well-built and very functional! I’ll update this review with usage photos after using it for a while.
